The Word II

The Word will focus on the different types of literature that you find in the Bible and will equip you to understand them better. The Bible says that God speaks to us in many ways (Heb. 1:1) and each of those ways requires a different approach, like reading a text book versus reading the comics. This class will be a fun and interactive class where we will learn some simple but valuable principles for understanding the Word as it was meant to be understood. Above all, we’ll discover how the richly varied Word of God can ignite our spirits and foster our relationship with Jesus—the Living Word.
